I interviewed for an internship and, unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I sat waiting for over half an hour for the interviewer to join our scheduled video call, but no one showed up or notified me of any change. I was later told there had been a scheduling conflict, and the interview was rescheduled. While I appreciated the apology and second meeting, I never received any update or outcome afterward, despite being told I would hear back by a certain date. I expected clearer communication and more respect for candidates' time for a company of this scale. Hopefully, this is something they improve moving forward.

A group interview where you and other people are asked the same question and take turns answering questions. The questions were not super relevant to the role and it's awkward having other candidates in the same online zoom room.
