They ask you to do a lengthy, unpaid writing and strategy assignment, which took me over 12 hours. No feedback was given, and I suspect they use this "assignment" to get free, skilled labor. When asked about next steps, they were extremely evasive. The interview process is slow, and it's clear they have no clear decision date in mind. Lack of transparency with pay, they will try to pigeonhole you into a number. Extreme lack of clarity on the overall interview process, decision makers, and which key stakeholders you'll be meeting with. If this is what the hiring process is like, I imagine being an employee is much worse... Seems like a toxic and cliquey situation. I would avoid if possible.
