Sent a Greenhouse link with a few essay questions like why Figma and why your top 3 choices of teams like Backend, Infra, etc. Then sent a 90 minute Byteboard assessment. First 30 min was reading a technical design document and answering questions. Then 60 min implementing some related functionality to the technical design doc. Didn't pass the Byteboard since the 30 min to read and think thoroughly was quite rough, such a time crunch and didn't feel like I had a moment to think things through deeply.

Interview
The process was very smooth! It started with a Byteboard, then recruiter check-in call, then final. The final consists of three back to back interviews, two technical and one behavioral.
The interview process was very smooth. I passed the Byteboard and went on to the onsite, with 2 technical coding interviews and 1 system design interview. Everyone was super nice.
