You set up a time range, they call you and ask you technical questions.
The interviewer was very arrogant and rude. Asked me about my past working at crypto currency company and whether or not I was paid in crypto. Constantly interrupted, I could barely finish a sentence.
First question right off the bat, he doesn't like my answer. He actually responded, "Excuse me?!" as if I personally offended him. After a moment of defending my reasoning, he interrupted again. At that point he ended the interview abruptly saying, "You are WAY too junior for us. Gonna have to end the call here."
Honestly never felt worse in an interview, the site does warn you they do "rapid interviews" but that doesn't mean you gotta be a complete jerk. As a result I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone nor would I ever apply again after getting more experience. Employees are an asset, even potential ones!
