After the interview with the recruiter, there were interviews with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with the department's Director and VP. The final step was a presentation I was asked to put together that covered various customer success scenarios. The recruiter moved very quickly after each step. Though the interviews were not easy, the process was very smooth and structured.
