The interview process was quite long, and divided into four steps: Step 1) Pre-interview and presenting of the interview process, with the explanation about the case studies, and personal experience interview with the HR associate. Step 2) Online game in the Website about environmental balance. Once approved, I went through two phases with two interviews with two different Managers each: Phase 1) Interview No 1 - Done with a manager (1 hour: behavioural questions, experience interview and case study). Second Interview - Done with another manager (1 hour: behavioural questions, Personal experience interview and case study) Phase 2: 3rd interview with another Manager (1 hour: behavioural questions, experience interview and case study) Last interview with Director: 1 hour(behavioural questions + Personal Experience interview)

Had 2 interviews: 1- Behavioral + Case with Manager It went well. The material on the website is essential to understand what they're looking for in the case mostly 2- Case study It was not difficult, but I was not well prepared.

The interview process has followed the following steps: - A first interview with a Manager (motivational) - A technical assessment on business case with two Senior Managers - Two final interviews with Partners

The interview had 4 rounds 1. Problem Solving Test - was a 60 minute test consisting of aptitude and statistics questions 2. Interview with Manager - consisted of competency based questions and a verbal case study 3. Case-Interview 2.5 hour with an excel case study and presentation 4. Interview with directors - about aspirations and background

Very friendly colleagues who were very open and engaging. It was one of the very first time someone really helped me to get the job and never failed to give me hints while asking questions.

The first stage was numerical assessment and analytical reasoning test. It mainly includes calculations and working with tables. The second stage was phone call interview with a few personal questions (why Finalta, leaderships experience, previous professional experience) + verbal case study. For the verbal case study, they give you a situation, for example imagine you were approached by the Head of the Customer Experience department and he asked you to come up with particular metrics and how to calculate them. Th eoverall interview was for 1 hour.

Stage 1: Numerical test and an essay. The essay consists of reading interview outcomes of a consultant and give recommendations. Stage 2: Phone call, which mainly focuses on the CV. But in the end the interviewer will ask questions related to the job like “what metrics to use for analyzing the company?” Stage 3: A case study interview. You will be provided with 4 files. The 1st file contains the instructions and the problem you will need to solve during the case study (read very carefully). 2nd and 3rd files are excel and ppt files. Excel file will contain data that you will need to analyze and you will you the ppt to present your findings to the managers. The whole process takes (1 hour). Afterward, the managers come in and play the role of the client in the case study. They ask you questions related to your analysis and so on. In the end you are given 30 minutes to write a memo in the 4th file about your findings and outcomes of your analysis.

The interview process was pretty long (took me about three months). 1. PST and writing test, both are online 2. Phone interview around you, your CV, competency based questions and a small case (increasing the effectiveness of a bank branch for example) 3. Case study. You will be given one hour to analyse small set of data in Excel and prepare a PPT presentation and present it to two managers. Focus on the data, rather than on PPT, give recommendations that can be supported by data only. 4. Interview with Directors. You'll have an interview with two directors on your interests, motivations and aspirations. Overall, it was a great experience; people are really nice and supportive, the team is very professional.

Series of phone interviews, followed by a knowledge test with basic computational and strategic problems. The test mostly consisted of financial, economics, and some statistics related questions. The last interview was a consultant asking how you would approach work related problems.
