      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Findlay Toyota (Prescott, AZ) in Nov 2021

      Interview

      To start with, I showed up to my interview at the scheduled time and date only to find out that the person I was supposed to be interviewing with was home sick. The company had me interview with another person and told me I would hear from them soon. Almost two weeks later, the same woman that had originally scheduled the interview called me to schedule a time to "look at my application," so I assumed we'd just be reviewing the interview I had already done with the other employee. This was not the case. She had me completely redo the entire interview as if the first had never happened and then rather abruptly sent me to go a second interview with her boss. Her boss was the man I interviewed originally. He was confused when I showed up at his office again, and she never even acknowledged that I'd already gone through the interview process. It was a mess and the woman who was doing the interviews was very unprofessional.
