Process took about 5-6 weeks. Initial phone call w recruiter followed by hour long call with two of the team members. Final round interview included a presentation and in-depth discussions about company culture, goals, character - about 3 hours total. Recruiter was in constant communication.

I had to reschedule twice with them, I didn't bother for a third. I waited until 30 minutes after the initial phone screen was scheduled before sending out a polite email explaining that I never received a call. Apparently the senior recruiter couldn't make it but they should've at the least sent an email explaining that rather than leave me sitting there waiting patiently, for nothing. I understand these things happen sometimes, though. Maybe they were even embarrassed to have missed the call, that would have been fine. I then waited til the rescheduled date and once again, no call. 10 minutes after the newly scheduled time I get an email explaining that we will have to reschedule to the beginning of next week. I'm slightly frustrated that I've wasted a few hours on this company by this point, including preparation and wait. I figure I already know everything I need to know about the company and that they already failed to call me twice after scheduling for two different dates, there is no way this could happen a third time. I guess expecting to get a phone call at a scheduled time makes me far too confident in this company. Come the third scheduled date. I try replying to their email to set the time as I was only given the day it would (presumably) take place. I get no response, but it's the weekend so I wasn't incredibly optimistic. I send a second email to follow up and make sure I was still going to receive a call. I never get a reply, good I'm done. I don't even know why I stood by so long. Thank you First Capitol Consulting for wasting hours of my time. Very professional.
