First Star Logistics interview questions

First I had a phone interview going over my resume. I then had an in person interview with a brief tour of the office, I was asked to go into further detail about my background and myself. They explained what the job was like and what the KPI's would be. Finally I shadowed a current employee and was able to ask them questions about the job.
