Five Stone Tax Advisers interview questions

After applying for this position through Indeed, I received a call from the HR Director who went over my background and the company's background over the phone. An interview was scheduled for a few days later with the HR Director and the department Senior Leader (CEO), after determining a mutual interest. The interview process was professional, organized, efficient, and transparent from beginning to end. The process typically involves three tiers, interviewing with the HR Director first, or in combination with the supervising manager, followed by an interview with the CEO or Managing Partner.

After contracting with the organization, I was approached by the Global Marketing Director about coming on-board full-time. I had lunch with an outside consultant who works with the company and casually answered questions regarding my experience and aspirations. The conversation was open and honest about what I was looking for. I later met with the organization's CEO who is humble, authentic, and genuinely values his associates. After having a great conversation with him, I felt that I could fit in well with the company. The final step of the interview process was a phone call with the HR Director, which ended with a job offer.
