Flair Events interview questions

One in-person interview where I was interviewed by 3 people. About half of the interview was asking me about previous work as listed on my resume, and the other half was talking about the position. The person I spent the most time with was who was going to be my direct supervisor, but was also briefly interviewed by the director and the owner.

I applied online via email. The next day I received a phone call. Once they contacted me they informed me someone would be calling back for an interview and told me what I should expect. The interview lasted half an hour over the phone, where the employer asked a series of questions regarding my personality and various scenarios. We also reviewed the day before my first day and I had to watch several training videos and complete several new hire forms. After every shift we would recap and I would report my sales to my manager.
