For part of the screening progress you are required to take a personality test as well as a competency test - both of which have been debunked as not very accurate by experts in psychology.
The interview was more like an interrogation than it was an interview - the interviewer essentially based their impression of me based on my 'personality' as determined by the test they had me take during screening. I was questioned based on this determination and really did not appreciate that I was essentially put in a box based on a 2 minute "test".
The interviewer did not ask any questions relevant to the job itself. I was also asked questions that I was not comfortable with and was asked to provide references, yet the interviewer did not give me a definitive timeline of when they would be making a decision, nor if I'm even being seriously considered. I'm sorry but I'm not going to give references out unless I'm under serious consideration.
With all of this in mind I decided to terminate the process myself - I do not know whether I would have been offered the job or not but after the interview as well as pre-screening process it was very clear that this is not a company that I want to work for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Flaman (Saskatoon, SK) in Jan 2023
Interview
Sat down with two of the relevant leads for the departments I had applied for. Very casual and easy going. Had a good sense of humor and answered any questions I had about the job.

Interview
This was the best conversation I have had in a very long time. Lots of good questions and chat. I wish every interview went this way. I would love to work for this company in the future. Lots of respect.
