My interview experience with Flatiron Health was absolutely terrible. There was no explanation of the interview process beforehand, leaving me completely unprepared. During the one-hour interview, the interviewer barely listened to me, constantly checked the time, and seemed entirely disinterested. Even at the very end, they kept staring at the clock and completely ignored my final question. This was incredibly disrespectful and frustrating. I would never recommend interviewing with or working at this company.
