I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flatiron Health (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Don't waste your time interviewing here. I know three other people who interviewed for the same type of position, all very smart and more than qualified. None of them got an offer. They style themselves after Google and consequently haven't put a lot of thought into how to conduct an interview process that actually measures what they are trying to measure.

Interview
Staff was nice, they rescheduled my interview when I couldn't make the first one. The questions were technical which is understandable for the position and asked about statistical theorems.

Interview
Reached out to recruiter and was given a time for video interview. After interview I was given a take home test, and a week after I was asked to schedule an onsite interview day with 4 interviews

Question 1
they asked a lot of hypothetical case questions to test problem solving... not all relevant to healthcare
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flatiron Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Video screen, very simple technical challenge, daylong onsite interview, and one more phone call. I was rejected on the grounds that I lacked experience. Overall an extremely irritating process given that this shortcoming should have been identified at an early stage rather than after one month. Not technically challenging work.
