I applied on the Flatiron Website and was contacted about 2-3 weeks later to do a word assignment that shows how you would respond to a customer. About a week after that I was contacted to schedule a phone screening. Had the basic screening with a Manager of the support team, took about 30min, explained the role and asked your basic walk me through your resume, why customer support, then some situational questions. Interviewer was nice, friendly and answered all my questions.
