Don’t apply if you are over 40 and don’t mind working for Free doing tests, memorandum presentations for them and spending your time doing their work for free! It has taken me 6 months to write this review as I am still upset. Flatiron has no regard for prospective employees time. It appears to me They are basically skirting the FLSA Fair Labor standards by having non employees experts answering their current issues, writing memorandum for them, putting on presentations for them all the while they are planning on probably hiring 25yr olds (their friends) as the below commentator stated. Why don’t you hire temps instead of having interviewers do your work for you?

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flatiron Health

submitted my resume and got reached out to for phone call screenings.
After 2 phone calls, met with the team in person and was asked two case studies. The team was very friendly and asked me provoking questions regarding the future of healthcare as well.
