Applied online and got an email back a week later with coding exercise attached. I really enjoyed working with the data but found myself spending a whole day on the analysis instead of the suggested 2 hours. After 3 weeks of not hearing back I emailed them and received a response a week later. They said my background doesn’t seem fit for the role. I tried asking for feedback on my analysis as I was pretty shocked it wasn’t thorough enough for them but did not receive any response.
