Initial round was online assessment testing my SQL and R skills. A bit easy one. The time was consumed in understanding the question.
The next round was with hiring manager. It was a coding round in R and SQL basic question. And also tested whether my skills match their requirements.

Interview
I applied online and received a note that they were very interested in my application. I was told I needed to do a Criteria Corp assessment, and if I passed that, I would have to do a 2nd "exercise in crafting Policies and Procedures" before I was could interview with a person. I tried to ask to talk to a representative first, since doing all that work before even being told the salary and was ghosted.

Spend two hours jumping through hoops doing online assessments.
The HR gave me a link to do the data assessment and if I can pass this task, I can move to the next step. However, I did not start my first data assessment.
