Probably the worst interview process I’ve been through. They take 3+ weeks between each round so the entire process took over 3 months. After my final rounds, they took an additional 3 weeks to make a decision. Communication was terrible and they provided no feedback after the rejection. Overall, a waste of time.

How do you tell a client you’re not going to meet their deadline?
They’ve canceled my interviews for two different positions letting me know the position has been filled or “it’s no longer a good fit.” It’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful and makes me question their recruiting and screening processes.

Interview
First round was a 30min interview via Zoom (pandemic situation) with the manager I would be reporting to for the position. I was informed that the second round interview would be a technical interview in the sense I would receive a written assignment. Scheduling was fairly easy and overall a seamless and quick experience.
