Process started with a writing sample, which I thought was bizarre and a little unorthodox. I submitted my two short answer questions and didn't hear anything back for a few days. The lack of communication led me to believe they weren't interested. HR emailed to coordinate a Skype interview. I Skyped with someone on the West Coast and it was of average difficulty-- no zingers. No mention was made of my writing submission either. After a week later, I got a rejection email that I wasn't moving on to the next round. No love lost.
