I first met with the manager of the team I was interviewing for. He asked project management and technical questions. In the next week, I took an online technical assessment with two questions. I went on to the second round interviews, which consisted of three interviews with the same person and two other people. These were over the course of a day. The recruiter called me a few days beforehand to prep me, and she shared more or less the exact questions I would be asked in the second round - that was really great, and allowed me to prepare effectively.
