Interview
Waste of time.
You get a 1,5h hackerrank automatic test with SQL and pandas questions.
The SQL question is difficult you need Join + Case + Coalesce. The pandas question demands calculation of some KPIs. Technically not difficult but easy to do mistakes on. All is optimized to automatically calculate some score and test mass candidates. This just wastes candidates time.
The worst thing is the result: You get no info from Hackerrank about pass/fail, no score nothing. Flatiron writes an auto reject email that is not even formatted correctly. Not mentioning any score nothing. If you invest 1,5h they should at least tell you the score that is automatically calculated anyways.

Interview
First round was a coding assessment to complete at home. This involved questions in SQL and Python. The second round was a video interview with two data scientists. We discussed my background and current experience plus a few technical questions.

Interview
Online coding test, very simple questions for SQL and Python. However online platform was not working correctly as SQL output was exactly as they asked for but it said the answer didn't match. I left a comment in the code but clearly it was not reviewed by any technical person.
