FlavorSum interview questions

Overall pretty legit and fun interview process. The person that interviewed me (Stevie) was kind and comfortable to be with. I first got a tour of the plant and got to meet many new faces. I also got to see the processes of the factory and how everyone worked together. Afterwards, you go over your resume with two interviewers and they start asking questions about your background/experience. Most of the interview questions were quite personal as a way for employers to get to know you more and get a feeling about your work capabilities. Entire process from start to finish lasted around 45 minutes. They told me it was $17/hr starting pay for the position. Keep in mind that full time employees might have higher starting rates than part timers. Overall solid experience the facilities are quite nice and the employees and Stevie were kind to me. I didn’t get to talk much with the second interviewer so I don’t have much to say there.
