Flawsome interview questions

Unclear on communication from the start, unfortunately. After asking me if I was free on a certain time and day for an interview, I was sent a calendar invite for an interview on a different date. I emailed to try and clear up which one was correct, and never received a reply. I simply had to make sure I was available for both dates, which wasn't ideal. I was interviewed by the CEO. She was about 14 minutes late onto the call and didn't offer an explanation or apology. I successfully made it through the interview stage, and was invited to do a copy test, which I did within a day or two. These tests take quite a lot of time out of our schedule with no renumeration, so I feel the least we as writers can expect is a reply to them, with feedback ideally. I had to send several reminder emails over the next couple of weeks to chase my application, and then was met with a reply three weeks later about how I was unsuccessful, with no feedback about my copy test. Disappointing experience overall.
