i was being given a task which i was supposed to submit next day and my interview was based on that. they did ask few questions like how much salary i am expecting and when is the latest i can join.
1. Call from HR followed by email giving necessary details on the job position
2. 1st round interview: general questions on experience/ex-employer/about company etc
3. Prepare assignment on conference with a set of questions to be answered. On power point.
4. 2nd round with MD: mainly asking question related to the assignment
5. Letter from HR

Question 1
1st round interview is general mainly asking about your experience. Why you left ex-employer? what experience was gained? what do you know about Fleming? your knowledge on conferences. No probing questions as such.
The 2nd round was more interesting. I had to prepare an assignment which was then presented to the MD. He never really asked to present it but asked me few specific questions which I had already mentioned in the assignment. Questions where more on choice of speakers or topics I wrote in my assignment.
