I had a very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I applied online and received no sort of confirmation that my application was received. There is no way to contact the company other than the contact form on the website. So I filled that out explaining that I was just looking for confirmation that my application was received. I received an email from an employee shortly after thanking me for signing up for a 7 day free trial which I responded to apologizing that I was unaware that using the contact form on the website was signing up for a free trial and that I was just looking for confirmation that my application was received. She then proceeded to send me the career page and told me to submit my information there...which I had obviously already done since I was asking for confirmation that my application was received. I responded reiterating that I had already applied and was just looking for confirmation that my application was received. I never received a response so I followed up this morning and short after received an email from a completely different person letting me know the position was closed.
Maybe either consider adding a feature to your application process that sends a quick confirmation email letting the applicant know that their information was received or hire an actual HR employee that applicants can get in touch with instead of leaving people in the dark an turning them away when they try to reach out and be responsible.
Very friendly and laid back. Jessica and William are both kind people and interested in learning more about you to see if you'll be a proper fit for the "family".
