Interview
Pretty straightforward. Be prepared to talk about yourself and a little of your experience working with children with autism and recent work experience as well. Also be prepared to possibly point out an object in the room and explain why you find it significant.

It was a 2 stage process involving a phone call and in person interview. The in person interview included a tour and shadowing of RBT responsibilities, after which more questions about background were asked. A verbal offer was given afterwards.

Very comfortable and casual interview with CD and OM. Took a tour immediately after and everyone was very friendly. There weren’t any difficult questions really. It was more getting to know the person (typical strengths and weaknesses) and some questions asking if I was familiar with the system they use
