The interview took place over Microsoft Teams, and the dress code was business casual. Present during the interview were myself, the Director of Admissions, the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, and the Enrollment Data Analyst. In addition to discussing my work experience, I was asked to prepare and present a demonstration of a portfolio or dashboard that I had recently worked on or helped create, either in PowerBI or Tableau. They also requested experience with Salesforce, as well as skills in forecasting, calculating projections, Java and Python coding, and machine learning. Overall, the interview turned out to be more challenging than I had initially expected.
