I was first contacted by one outside recruiter via email. Then a second recruiter (different company) contacted me via phone. The call with the company was not scheduled, I guess they think everyone's just waiting to speak to them. Two people were on the call with me, only one asked questions. I got the impression they were "interviewing" me for a position I was not interested in. I was unable to ask any questions, a huge red flag. The "interview" end abruptly when the VP declared she had another meeting. I never heard back from them. A colleague I referred for another position was pressured to start immediately. They move very fast, uncomfortably so. I wonder what is being hidden.
