This can also apply to SHAPE Technologies:
Received a questionnaire via email to complete followed by two interviews in Kent. The first interviewer seemed rushed and I felt he made a decision about me seconds after meeting me (and the decision was "Next!") Still, I had one more interview with the two other HR team members and they were pleasant but rushed as well. They shared with me all that was wrong with Shape Technologies and Flow International: bad investments/acquisitions; trouble with managing overseas offices; bad IT support, sloppy/missing HR processes. The people I spoke with were not familiar with their own company's website and its contents. During this second interview I felt I was being told subliminally by these employees to: "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!" While in the offices for less that 90 minutes I heard THREE people talk about their upcoming departures from the company and they seemed thrilled to be leaving. I immediately knew this company, especially HR, was a mess.
Though the position was advertised as an HRBP role, it was presented to me in person as a benefits manager position. What's up with everyone not knowing what a business partner does?
Final touch: I received a rejection email addressed to "Ms. XYZ"...I'm a man. This either pointed to sloppiness/laziness or...?
