I had a friend who already worked here. I came in a met with 4 people and it went very well. I had a second phone interview, and then later got an email from HR that I was offered the position.
Pretty easy honestly was sceptical at first because they said they would send a check to set up my at home office for the company. Which I’ve never done before. Hopefully I’m not getting scammed i really can’t afford it.

Question 1
Just basic interview questions. Nothing that gave red flags.
The interview was done through Signal (app only), which has to be downloaded before someone communicates with you. The questions were generic i.e. Describe your work experience, What makes a good CSR, What's your typing wpm, What phone carrier are you with, Do you have access to a printer, and fax, Do you understand "privacy" and "code of conduct"
