The interview was done through Signal (app only), which has to be downloaded before someone communicates with you. The questions were generic i.e. Describe your work experience, What makes a good CSR, What's your typing wpm, What phone carrier are you with, Do you have access to a printer, and fax, Do you understand "privacy" and "code of conduct"

Pretty easy honestly was sceptical at first because they said they would send a check to set up my at home office for the company. Which I’ve never done before. Hopefully I’m not getting scammed i really can’t afford it.
