There was actually no technical interview at all. Just a bunch of requirements in objective C but no one had any idea about the technology or mobile design at all. They usually hired contractors to to setup infrastructure and most of the employees are very new to their product. No one actually has a clue about software development process at all. They have a pretty good product and possibly and an experienced person can achieve a lot in this company rather than a fresher.
