had a short conversation on phone and asked to come in for interview. You have to do a typing and number key pad speed test which is easy and you can practice online. IMPORTANT: they call ALL of your 3 references.

The first step was an online application and assessment, and the next step was a virtual meeting screening with a recruiter. After that, the hiring managers determined if they wanted to do an on-site interview and assessment.
