Forest County Potawatomi Community interview questions

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Forest County Potawatomi Community (Crandon, WI) in August 2014. Interview A panel of three sat at a table. They had been allowed to see my resume for 5 minutes before the interview. One panel member seemed to know nothing about mental health or management. She could barely read the pre-prepared questions. I have no idea what her job was. They asked the questions by rote. The whole process was stilted. There was one interview of 30 minutes: one contact, and I was offered the job. I was astounded by this. I never had a tour of the facility. I never got to meet anyone who would be my supervisor(s) or the people I would supervise. This says Red flag! Red flag! Red flag!
