Interview
A long processes of interview. Start with online test, then interview with users with difficult technical problem test. Multidiscipline knowledge is a great advantage. Better be good at physics, math, and logical thinking.
The interviews are easygoing, not too serious but relax. We talk in English for the first one, then in Bahasa for the next. This helps us communicate better and make sure the employer understands.

About basics of mechanical engineering and also our experiences in campus/previous company
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Formulatrix in Jul 2016
Interview
The first interviewer was a senior manager. He asked several questions based on my resume, and told me to do a little puzzle.
The second one is a project manager, asking technical questions about how to improve a designing.
The third one is a junior engineer. He took me to go around in the office and told me about some major products and working environment.
And it lasted about 3.5 hours.
