Fortem (UK) interview questions

2 stage process, first was handled on Teams and then second face to face off site with the recruitment managers within the company. Interviews set up was fairly standard but the follow up after the interview was very poorly handled

I applied on their website. There was first an Assessment day with about 25 people for the same apprenticeship where there group activities as well as maths and English tests and then a final interview
