They conduct screening interviews where the interviewer grills you - yes grills you - on your background and asks you for your thoughts for a brief second so that they can then spend over 20 minutes explaining why you are wrong and their thoughts are superior. Random company with inexperienced upper management that don’t know what they want, and don’t have the courtesy to share. They ghost you with no feedback and are incredibly hostile during interviews.
