Although things looked great in the beginning after a while it became obvious that the company is in it’s infancy. They make you sign an NDA so I can’t go into much detail but the interview went sideways when they asked me to come up with solutions to a 2 problems test. The test itself wasn’t hard or complicated, they just didn’t offer clear acceptance criteria for how they wanted the tasks achieved. In a nutshell they praised over-engineering above everything else so beware. Hopefully time will teach them to be more clear on what they look in a candidate besides the “we want to see how much someone is willing to do to work for us” attitude that was thrown in my face a couple of times …
