had to wait for for the interviewer to be free. the questions asked were expected. on the whole average experience. HR phone interview followed by in person aptitude test and interview by managers.
Er waren vier ronden: een HR screening (waarna nog een online personality test) + drie gesprekken met jouw team. Eerst gegrek: kennismaking met serviceline en jouw motivatie en ervaring; Tweede gesprek: case study; Derde gesprek: kennismaking met twee andere teamleden.

Quick phone interview, like a rapid fire. AC is well organised with interactive tasks, ppt presentation and one-on-one interviews. Prepare for follow up questions on the ppt as well. ppt should be short. Be confident and prepare well.
