Sent my CV in online and was emailed a week later to come in for an interview. Interview was very conversational and just a quick overview of you CV. Followed by a two hour test which consists of personality questions and verbal reasoning. This is the first round, then there is another interview with two people working in the department your applying for. The second interview was very similar to the first
