Telephone Interview consisting of mainly competency based questions. It lasted for roughly 40 minutes and were based around examples of experiences you have undertaken that show the competency. The competencies were based around leadership, teamwork, etc and they also asked about current affairs/challenges facing the company

Got through to final round 1:1 interview but never ever heard back even after a follow up email to hr, had an online test verbal and numerical reasoning, phone interview with hr, 1:1 interview with a manger, assessment centre (in-tray, role specific case study and group work) and 1:1 final interview
