A previous employer suggested that I interview there since she knew that I was looking for a job. I called, made an appointment and went in for an interview within that week.
The head of HR interviewed my for a unique position for THAT company: as an In-house graphic designer for the company and the clients/ projects.
I met the CEO next and was hired that day. I started work 3 days later. It was a very seamless and easy process. :)
