Interview
They're trying out a new interviewing process. All system design, chatting about a project, very little coding. Wasn't sure what they were expecting. In the feedback to me, they said they weren't sure what type of people they were trying to hire either.
Technical meetings with the engineers, and then conversations with the execs. Was a smooth, timely process. I liked the mission, the people, and got a good idea of who my colleagues would be. Joined soon after.

Question 1
Several technical questions, and a few behavioral ones. The technical questions were hard but the interviewers stayed involved with the conversation.
