Tell me about yourself. Why Forward? Why this industry?
Very lengthy and drawn out interview process, not even clear what the JD was at the end. Also entailed meeting with multiple executives from different teams despite lack of clarity on how this role would interact with their responsibilities.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forward (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Recruiter screen followed by round of conversations with team members. There were additional conversations, and I was not selected to move to that point. Questions were pretty standard, and one of the interviews was a case. They were good about communicating next steps (or lack thereof), but I'm not convinced a role actually existed in the first place. The company seemed kind of strange, and I don't buy the CEO's narrative about healthcare. I think it will create problems as they scale.
