Interview
2 rounds. Described experiences of past work positions. Not very technical. Met with multiple people ranging from lower level employees to executives. All in all was a successful interview process that was not drawn out too long but was long enough to vet.
Phone call introduction then an in person interview discussing your background and fit to the role and company. Not too stressful and more of a conversation then any technical questions
