I had two interviews, one via phone and another in person. The one via phone was very standard, it was to tell me that I had made the first cut, to talk about the job and what it consisted, also to tell me I needed to make some english evaluations. Two days later I was told that my evaluations were good and that we'd proceed to the next fase which was the interview at the office. On the office interview, every thing went smoothly, I was asked to perform a variety of tasks related to the job description. On the same day I got a call from the HR department telling me that I had pass the interview and that I could start in two days. I have loved the experience to work at Sitel so far. The environment is great. The tasks that I have to do everyday are very fulfilling.
