It can also include a technical test based on the position. for remote positions, you need to complete the internet speed test as well. Document checklist roleplay
Telephone call
Only asking three to five questions to see how you would come across to customers. It was fairly straight forward and role was offered in the call. The duration took approximately twenty minutes

Interview
Overall very nice experience, time flew by. I felt quite comfortable during the interview. It felt more as a nice friendly chat. The interviewer has smiled all the time and repeated the questions if needed it.
