Recruitment is standard for a large law firm- On campus interviews. Most students are pretty well rounded, smart, high-achieving, law review types. But many just have ties to Philly or the surrounding area. They recruit from a wide range of schools and are not so particular about name-brand schools, but more concerned with actual fit and personality.

The interview process for is asinine at best. The director of legal recruitment absolutely needs a crash course in professionalism. The process was beyond lengthy, with often changing times and dates. I was highly disappointed in the process and would not recommend this to any one aspiring to further their legal career. This was absolutely disgusting to see.
