Fox Valley Technical College interview questions

Applied online after seeing a posting to the schools facebook page. Received a call for an interview a few weeks later. The first interview was a large group interview with about 12 candidates, and about 6 staff I believe. We were split into groups 4 and given different scenarios to work through as a group. After the group interview I received another call for another interview with just me and 2 interviewers. I was then offered the positions a few weeks later.

3 interviews phone interview followed by two person interviews. Went over background and followed with what I would do in certain circumstances. Went thru about 10-20 different examples
